CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

declares that all personal data is confidential and will only be used to perform the contract with the buyer. None of the personal data provided will be otherwise disclosed, provided to a third party and the like, except as set out below, and situations related to distribution or payment related to the ordered goods (announcement of name, account number and delivery address) or special marketing events.

List of personal data:

In order to carry out a business transaction (rental of goods, receipt of a complaint, issuance of an invoice), we need to know your name, address, birth number, OP number, signature, telephone and e-mail contact. Furthermore, we record your business transactions with us. In the case of picking up the order - loan of goods, when handling a complaint, we can require the submission of an identification document (OP or CP) in order to prevent damage and prevent money laundering of proceeds from crime. Without submitting any of these documents, we may refuse you the goods or issue / redeem the money. You are also always informed of this fact in the terms of the service.

What is the data for?

For the implementation of a business transaction (rental of goods, receipt of complaints, issuance of an invoice), we need to communicate with you. The information we collect with your consent is used to assess your credibility, creditworthiness and payment morale. Based on this, we can then offer you other services. Legal basis for the processing of personal data - Article 6, para. 1. letter a) GDPR - the data subject has consented to the processing of his / her personal data for at least one specific purpose.

Retention period of personal data:

We store personal data according to the purpose of providing the data. We keep the data obtained for the purpose of issuing the invoice for a period of 5 years, lease agreements and complaints for a period of 2 years. After these periods, the documents are shredded. The data subject hereby declares on his honor that he has given the controller his express and unconditional consent to process his personal data to the extent specified above, for the above purpose and during the above period. The data subject is obliged to provide true and current personal data. In the event of a change in personal data, the data subject is obliged to notify the controller of the change without delay. The person concerned has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing resulting from the consent prior to its withdrawal. The rights of the data subject are defined in Chapter 3 of the GDPR. It goes e.g. o the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectify or erase them or to restrict processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to complain to the supervisory authority. The person concerned confirms by his signature that he has been acquainted with the said information and agrees with it.

Is it possible to delete my personal data?

Yes, you have a legal right to delete all data about you from our databases. Just send an email to our email address info@cubeadventure.sk stating that you wish to remove your personal data from our database. Be sure to include your full name and the email address you used to make your purchase. You will be notified by email about the successful deletion.
