Conditions for renting FERRATO SETS

• when picking up the via ferrata sets, present an ID card or passport to the rental employee on behalf of the customer
• opening hours CUBE Adventure TIC Čingov 7.00-18.00, Chata na Rázcestí 7.30-20.00
• The person responsible for via ferrata sets is the person who confirmed the receipt of the set with his signature
• each person is obliged to check the completeness of the via ferrata set when picking it up from the rental company
• On request, the employee of the rental company will show you how to use the via ferrata set
• the use of the via ferrata set is the sole responsibility of each user
• the via ferrata set is returned adequately cleaned, even if damage is not visible, it must be reported upon return
• in case you want to extend the rental period of via ferrata equipment, you are obliged to notify us of this fact immediately
• in case of loss or damage of the equipment, it is necessary to pay compensation in an adequate amount
• the rental company is not responsible for damages incurred by the customer in connection with the use of the borrowed material

Conditions for renting eBIKE

• the person who confirmed his receipt with his signature is responsible for the bicycle
• each person is obliged to check the bike when picking it up from the rental company
• each person confirms with his signature that he is familiar with the use of the bicycle
• use of the bicycle is at your own risk
• the bike is returned adequately cleaned
• if the bike is damaged, even if the fault or damage is not visible, it must be reported at the time of return
• in case you want to extend the rental period of the bicycle, you are obliged to notify us of this fact immediately
• in case of loss or damage, it is necessary to pay compensation in an adequate amount
• the rental company is not responsible for damages incurred by the customer in connection with the use of the bicycle

Important INFORMATION

Some important information, or what you should know when planning the crossing of the Kyseľ gorge:

• via ferrata is not suitable for children under 6 years of age
• via ferrata is charged €5 when purchasing a ticket via SMS or at the rental office
• if you arrive at the gorge without a ticket, you will have to pay €10 for entry to an employee of NP Slovenský raj
• the expected time for crossing the via ferrata is 2 hours, the entire route from Čingov with the return to Čingov takes up to 4-5 hours
• ferrata is one-way, exclusively in the bottom-up direction
• in the event of an accident, getting stuck, or any other problems, you should contact the emergency line HZS 18 300
• individual sections of the via ferrata are marked with signs with names and numbers, which will facilitate your location in the event of an accident
• ferrata is closed from November 1 to June 14 due to nature protection, it opens every year on June 15
• we recommend suitable waterproof hiking shoes, raincoat, spare clothes, plenty of fluids
• in the event of a storm or longer-lasting rains, a higher water level must be expected, or the HZS gorge may be closed due to impassability
• We recommend suitable insurance for HZS intervention to via ferrata visitors

Some important information before you go on a bike tour:

• there are tourists, cyclists and motor vehicles on the roads, so please drive carefully
• follow the general rules for driving on public roads
• adapt your cycling to the nature and surface of the roads, your abilities and the technical condition of the bicycle
• you ride on marked cycling routes at your own risk
• in the forest environment, move only along marked cycle paths
